Stopping the Insanity Means Doing Things Differently

I want you to know how important and on-purpose YOU are. Last week, I explained that I was almost ready to invite you into the Worthy Wellness Project, so I'm gonna tell you more about the WWP today!

The goal of the Worthy Wellness Project is to provide consistent & effective support for you to internalize and personalize your wellness. Almost every program in the diet & fitness industry I've ever reviewed or tried involves an external goal. In my observation, this is exactly why most of those results are short-lived. I've shared with you about intrinsic and extrinsic motivation before, but that's really what it comes down to. Our internal relationship to self and our underlying beliefs about ourselves are the core factors in motivation and follow through. These are the things that will determine how much success we have and how sustainable those changes are in our lives.

I don't know about you, but I'm here for the long haul. I don't want a month of success and back to the same-old-same. And I don't want that for you either.

My goal is to give you digestible information in a fashion that feels realistic, un-pressured, and accessible to you! My goal is to help you cultivate CONFIDENCE in daily life decisions and to help you get CLEAR on your true desires when it comes to food, your body and your mindset. By learning about food and our bodies, while applying new strategies in bite-sized pieces, we begin to understand how eating translates to the way we think and feel every day. When it becomes real and personal to us, we are empowered to unwind emotional attachments to, or old habits with, food that have kept us stuck in behaviors that don't serve us. We create space between who we are and what we look like, no longer confusing a number or a size with self-worth.

So, while the Worthy Wellness Project presents information and opportunities in the form of weekly newsletters, mini-challenges, intermittent meal plans and recipes, it is about so much more than what's on the surface. It helps you weave together that thing that we know is true… a lifestyle of wellness. Suddenly, one day you look back realize you live differently than you used to- and it is SO rewarding!
